The time is upon us once again when librarians will pile into trains, planes, and automobiles to travel to an ALA conference. Midwinter 2012 in Dallas, TX begins next week and your humble narrator will be in attendance. This year, in addition to Emerging Leaders, I have ACRL committee work on Monday (bright and early). And don’t forget about the Tweet-Up Saturday night! I’m also going to make an effort to attend the Council meetings and/or forums to catch up on the work of the organization.
